Frequently Asked Questions for collection points

Which products do you collect?

Work clothes, Work clothing, (paired) work shoes and boots, (paired) work gloves, helmets (usable), safety vests, safety glasses, usable belts and bags.

What collection options are there?

Anyone can order our collection resources. Our standard collection solutions consist of BigBags and MiniBags. Do you have a volume larger than 100 kg that you want to register for a return? For this, it is best to contact the GGA directly.

Can I still use my old collection boxes?

You can simply register the old collection boxes from GGA and HAVEP Collect & Recycle for return.

What happens to the collected products?

The collected products are picked up by DHL and then taken to our sorting partner CVB. Here the products are sorted into different streams and then processed. For the safety shoes, the GGA works together with recycler Fast Feet Grinded. In the dashboard behind your login you can see where your stuff ends up.

Which products do you not collect?

We do not collect consumer textiles such as everyday clothing or sports shoes. Wet or heavily soiled clothing and chemically soiled PPE may also never be placed in the GGA bin.

Is the GGA a new initiative?

No, the GGA is not a new initiative, but a merger of existing collection services.

Why do I have to pay for the collection solutions?

With the income from the collection resources we finance the (return) logistics and the processing of the PPE. Unfortunately, these raw materials do not yet yield enough to be able to offer our collection for free.
